Everything you need to know about booking your mobile gaming experience.
How far do you travel? +
We cover a 25-mile radius from our home base in Connecticut. If you're outside that range, just ask — we're happy to work out a small travel fee to bring the party to you.
What do you need from us on event day? +
Just a place to park! We bring our own power via an onboard generator — no extension cords, no outlets, no setup from you. A flat driveway, cul-de-sac, or curbside spot works perfectly. We handle all the setup and teardown.
What if it rains or snows? +
The trailer is fully climate-controlled with AC and heating, so your event runs rain, snow, or shine. Everyone plays inside the trailer in total comfort, no matter the weather.
How many people can play at once? +
Up to 10 players can game inside the trailer at the same time across multiple screens and consoles. For larger parties, our Game Coach runs organized rotations so every guest gets plenty of play time. There's no limit to how many guests attend your event — only how many are inside the trailer at once.
What consoles and games do you have? +
We have PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch — loaded with the most popular titles including Fortnite, Rocket League, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Minecraft, FIFA, Madden, NBA 2K, Call of Duty, and many more. We tailor the game selection to your event — kid-friendly titles for birthday parties, competitive games for teens and adults, and team-based games for corporate events.
Is there a dedicated staff member with the trailer? +
Yes! Every event includes a professional Game Coach who manages the entire experience. They handle all setup, run the games, organize rotations and tournaments, troubleshoot any technical issues, and make sure every guest has an amazing time. You can relax and enjoy the party.
Do adults play too, or is this just for kids? +
Adults love it! Corporate team-building events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, neighborhood block parties, and adult birthday celebrations are some of our most popular bookings. The experience is genuinely fun for ages 5 to 85.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends in spring and summer — those dates fill up fast. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows. The sooner you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred date and time.
What is the booking and payment process? +
It's simple: submit a booking request through our form or call us at 203.460.1042 (Nick). We'll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due on event day. We accept all major payment methods.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial fee. We're always happy to reschedule to another date if possible — just give us a call.
Can I choose which games are played? +
Absolutely. When you book, let us know the age range and any game preferences or restrictions. We'll pre-load the consoles with your selections. If you want only kid-friendly, rated-E titles — no problem. If you want competitive shooters for a teen party — we've got you covered.
Is the trailer loud? Will it bother neighbors? +
The trailer is well-insulated, so sound stays contained inside. We also adjust volume to your preference. Neighbors typically don't hear a thing — in fact, most of them want to come check it out!
Can I add extra time during the event? +
Yes, if our schedule allows it. Extra time is $125 per hour and can be added on the spot. Just let your Game Coach know, and they'll extend the fun.
Do you offer VR experiences? +
Yes! We offer a VR add-on for $150 that includes a premium VR headset and a curated selection of immersive games and experiences. It's a huge hit with kids and adults alike — a great way to take your event to the next level.
Can you host tournaments? +
Yes! Our Tournament add-on ($75) includes bracket-style competitions with organized rounds, live standings, and awards for the winners. It's perfect for birthday parties, school events, and corporate team-building. Our Game Coach handles all the tournament logistics.
What are LEGO Building Parties? +
Our LEGO Building Parties bring themed LEGO build kits, a dedicated Build Coach, and a fun competition format to your event. Kids (and adults!) design and build their own creations, then compete for prizes. Each participant keeps what they build. Available for birthdays ($349), church events, charity fundraisers, and corporate team-building ($695).
Can I combine gaming and LEGO at the same event? +
Yes! Our Ultimate Combo Party ($599 for 3 hours) gives you the best of both worlds — mobile gaming trailer access plus a LEGO build competition, with both a Game Coach and Build Coach included. It's our best value package and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Do you do school events and fundraisers? +
Absolutely! We work with schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout Connecticut. Our school packages start at $595 for 2 hours and go up to $1,995 for all-day events. We can also help structure your event as a fundraiser where a portion of proceeds supports your cause.
Is the trailer safe for young children? +
Yes. The trailer has a safe, enclosed interior with padded seating, non-slip flooring, and climate control. Our Game Coach supervises at all times. We select age-appropriate games for younger players and can set content restrictions as requested. Parents are always welcome inside the trailer too.
What areas in Connecticut do you serve? +
We serve the greater Connecticut area within a 25-mile radius of our base, including Hartford, New Haven, Middletown, Meriden, Waterbury, Bristol, New Britain, Glastonbury, Farmington, and surrounding towns. Contact us for availability in your area.
How long does setup and teardown take? +
We arrive about 30 minutes before your event start time to set up and get everything running. Teardown takes about 15 minutes after the event ends. Your booked time is 100% play time — setup and teardown don't cut into it.
